Senior SAP BW + ABAP Consultant

Our Client, a leading organization based in Auckland, is seeking a highly skilled SAP BW Specialist to join their team. This role requires a depth of expertise in SAP BW and BW/4HANA, along with exceptional ABAP programming capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP BW, including BW up to version 7.5 (on HANA or otherwise) and BW/4HANA.

• Advanced ABAP skills, including function modules, methods, and classes.

• Strong grasp of data warehouse architecture, including Kimball methodologies.

• Excellent understanding of columnar and multi-dimensional data structures.

• Functional knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

• Proficiency in SAP RISE and SAP GROW constructs.

• Exceptional consulting skills, capable of engaging directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with hyperscaler environments such as Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS.

• Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Exposure to SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Bonus Points for:

• SAC Financial Planning implementation.

• Experience with SAP BPC.

• Working knowledge of other data warehousing environments.
