Change Management Lead  

Our client is looking for a Change Management Lead for its Digital Team. They are on the exciting journey of changing and improving so that they can meet the current and future needs of all of their customers.

They need someone that has experience with Change Management frameworks (ADKAR). You must have a demonstrated ability to influence and work with stakeholders at various levels and training and coaching ability.

The Role
This is a great opportunity for you to focus on Change Management projects in the Digital Sphere. This could be a great opportunity for a Senior Change Analyst looking to take the next step in their career. In this role, you will oversee and facilitate the effective management of changes within the organization. You will plan, execute, and communicate changes in a manner that minimizes disruption, maximizes benefits, and maintains alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. Overall, your role is crucial for driving the people side of change initiatives and ensuring their successful adoption.

About you
As a holder of a Prosci certification, your solid track record as a Senior Change Analyst will allow you lead change efforts and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business.

You will be action-oriented, and able to consistently meet objectives within set deadlines aiming for positive results for stakeholders. You will value diversity and differences and appreciate people’s strengths, and ideas. You will be a great communicator and able to easily form positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
  
Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Change Management Lead or Senior Change Analyst
  • Prosci certified along with knowledge of the ADKAR model
  • The ability to develop and implement change strategy for effective project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • The ability to comfortably collaborate with PMO and stakeholders to analyze changes and choose strategies.
  • Able to address risks and design communication and training plans.
  • Smoothly execute changes, monitor progress, and address resistance.
  • Ideally located in Christchurch but open to remote candidates too.
