We are looking for a talented and highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, who is certified and specialized in LMS and 1 other SF module.

This is an exciting project- based role which will focus on the implementation and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors LMS (and other) solutions for a wide range of SF clients.

This position will be a client focussed role which will see involved in end to end projects from implementation delivery, consulting on best practice approaches to helping and supporting SF Clients to continue to add value to their environments.

To be successful, you’ll need to hold the relevant SF certifications which are supported by hands-on consulting experience working directly with customers.

Skill Requirements

The following skills are required to fill this role:

  • SF LMS certification backed up by implementation experience.
  • Additional experience and certification in one of the following: Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting Management, Performance and Goals, Compensation.
  • 5+ years of consulting experience
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Focussed on delivering value to the customer and able to provide knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
  • Takes personal accountability for the resolution of issues and delivery of positive customer outcomes
  • Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.
  • Excellent English language communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and delivering quality outcomes.
